Japan fashion show revisits Expo

About 200 visitors enjoyed a Japanese music fashion show at Japan Pavilion yesterday evening, as the "CoFesta in Shanghai" series show started its second round in Expo.

The fashion show, “Japanation X Shibuya Style Collection," was from Tokyo’s Shibuya area, one Japan’s fashion centers.

"CoFesta in Shanghai" was designed by Japan International Contents Festival (CoFesta) exclusively for Expo 2010. The festival’s contents include games, animation, manga, broadcasting, music, film as well as fashion and design.

The second round show series, following the first round show between June 12 and June 17, will be through June 23 with 36 programmes staged at day and evening times. Day time shows will combine Japanese traditional music instruments and animation costume play. The night time shows will include live shows from Japanese stars such as Minami Kizuki, JUJU and Yo Hitoto.
