BEIJING, June 21 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Vice President Xi Jinping arrived in Canberra on Sunday afternoon, continuing a five-day visit to Australia.

Before going to Canberra, Xi opened Australia's first Chinese Medicine Confucius Institute at a university in Melbourne Sunday morning.
