Singaporean deputy PM to visit China

BEIJING, July 19 (Xinhua) -- Singaporean Deputy Prime Minister Wong Kan Seng will be in China for several meetings from July 22 to 24, Foreign Ministry spokesman Qin Gang said Monday.

Wong will co-chair three meetings with Chinese Vice-Premier Wang Qishan during his China tour, Qin said in a press release.

The meetings include one on China-Singapore cooperation and another two concerning Suzhou Industry Park and the Tianjin Eco-City project, which were both jointly developed by China and Singapore.
