JAKARTA, July 27 (Xinhua) -- Sixteen Thai software companies are eyeing Indonesia's market as it is considered as huge market in the Southeast Asia, Bisnis Indonesia daily quoted an ambassador as saying on Tuesday.

Thanatip Upatising, Thai Ambassador for Indonesia, said that to initiate penetration, the companies will hold a business matching meeting as a part of their road show in Indonesia.

Upatishing said that road show scheduled on Wednesday will try to dig Indonesia's potential market.

Eugene van de Weerd, a director in the research company Frost and Sullivan, said that one of Thai software's superiorities is its innovation in application.

He said that Thai software managed to penetrate Japan's market which is difficult to be accessed, aside of the Philippines and Vietnam.
