On his six day of visit in Beijing, U.S. Vice President Joseph Biden stole a moment of leisure to Gulou for traditional Beijing snacks with his granddaughter at noon of Aug. 18, according to the micro-blog of the U.S. Embassy to China. The new U.S. Ambassador to China Gary Locke and other staff of U.S. Embassy accompanied him.

 

According to the U.S. embassy to China, U.S. Vice President Joseph Biden
(in white shirt), on his six day of visit in Beijing, stole a moment
of leisure to Gulou for traditional Beijing snacks at noon on Aug. 18,
2011. He was accompanied by Gary Locke, new U.S. Ambassador to China,
and other staff of the U.S. Embassy.
