The Lee Myung-bak government had pushed the inter-Korean relations to the lowest ebb out of its "hideous crimes" over the last four years since Lee assumed office, the Secretariat of the Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of Korea was quoted as saying in a white paper issued on Thursday.

The National Defense Commission of the DPRK said in the statement issued on Dec. 30, 2011 that the DPRK would never make any contacts with the Lee Myung-Bak government.
