NEW DELHI, March 6 (Xifnhua) -- Legendary silent comedy movie star Charlie Chaplin's granddaughter Kiera is all set to see her English language Bollywood debut movie released in India this month, almost four years after it was made.

"You can't compare Sir Charles Chaplin with anyone. Not even with his granddaughter. That's criminal," 29-year-old Kiera said in an interview with local media released on Tuesday in the run-up to the release of her film "Chaurahen" on March 16, which she did for free.

Young film maker Rajshree Ojha, who directed the English multi- starrer Bollywood movie, said the film will connect with the audience.

The film, which has an ensemble cast of Soha Ali Khan, Victor Banerjee, and Zeenat Aman, besides Kiera Chaplin, holds its relevance even after four years as "the situation, about love and how people move on in life, hasn't changed overtime," Ojha said.

As for Keira, Ojha had this to say: "She saw my first small film. She said four ingredients - my first short film, me, the script of Chaurahen and the chance to visit Kolkata and India - prompted her to act in the film and she did not charge a single penny."

Kiera, the Irish-born British model-turned actress who grew up in Switzerland and is currently based in New York, was voted 17th "most eligible woman in the world" by FHM magazine in the US and the seventh sexiest woman in the world by GQ.

She has acted in a number of films, including The Importance of Being Earnest (2002), the Bollywood production Yatna (2005), Aimee Semple McPherson (2006), the Peter Fonda film Japan (2008) and Interno Giorno (2011).
