Draft resolutions to be finalized by Chinese lawmakers

BEIJING, March 10 (Xinhua) -- Presidium of the Fifth Session of the 11th National People's Congress (NPC), China's top legislature, held its second meeting Saturday.

According to the meeting, the following documents will be put for discussion by NPC deputies.

-- draft resolution on the government work report;

-- draft resolution on the implementation of the 2011 plan for national economic and social development and draft 2012 plan for national economic and social development;

-- draft resolution on the implementation of the central and local budgets for 2011 and the central and local budgets for 2012;

-- draft decision on the revision of the Criminal Procedure Law;

-- draft decision on deputy election for the 12th NPC;

-- revised draft method for the election of deputies to the 12th NPC from Hong Kong and Macao special administrative regions.
