SYDNEY, Aug. 10 (Xinhua) -- The search for three fishermen missing off the coast of Western Australia has ended in tragedy with one pronounced dead, one still missing and a third rescued, local media reported on Friday.

Police confirmed to the Australian Associated Press (AAP) that one of two men pulled from waters off Jurien Bay, about 250km north of Western Australia's Perth at around noon on Friday had died, while the other was being treated in hospital.

The air search for the missing one is continuing.
