09-20-2012 15:11 BJT Special Report:This is Tibet |

Eleven handicapped visitors from Netherland finished their trip to Potala Palace in Lhasa, capital of southwest China’s Tibet Autonomous Region, with the help of firefighters to have a fantastic and grateful trip as they expressed.

"We couldn't expect Lhasa with such astounding beauty had we not made this trip. Formerly we got little information about this place, either from TV or books." Hendleron Leake, one of the visitors said, couldn't hide his excitement.

Due to their physical conditions, trips on wheels would always end up with regrets.

Michael Catherine said she imagined the Potala Palace with countless times before arriving in Tibet. And her life wish has been realized.

Captain of the Potala Palace fire brigade said they would do as muchas they could to meet tourists’ needs and guarantee them a satisfying trip.

Leader of the tour group expressed gratitude on behalf of the group members."We were assisted to climb stairs and pass through corridors. These young men carried us, but they never complained, instead they tended us by saying "don't worry," and "be careful" in English,"We were wholeheartedly grateful to your generous help."
