6.1-magnitude quake hits east coast of Honshu, Japan -- HK Observatory

HONG KONG, Feb. 19 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake measuring 6.1 on the Richter scale jolted near the east coast of Honshu, Japan at 12:27:38 GMT on Tuesday 20:27:38 Hong Kong Time), the Hong Kong Observatory said.
