Largescale disasters and tragedies often require a level of cooperation that goes beyond international borders. The missing Malaysian flight MH370, the capsized South Korean ferry and the deadly mine blast in Turkey, all those missions involved multinational collaboration. CCTV correspondent has been following the search for flight MH370 since day one, let’s speak to him now.

Q1: Hello, Rian. More than 25 countries have been helping with the search for the Malaysian plane during the last two and a half months. Tell us more about the scale of the international cooperation.
