Full coverage: Ebola Outbreak in West Africa

The spread of Ebola in West Africa is showing no signs of slowing down, and is at risk of extending farther.

Reports from the United Arab Emirates say that a Nigerian woman who died while in transit in the capital Abu Dhabi may have been infected with the virus.

Meanwhile in Liberia, a violent raid on an Ebola quarantine center in the capital Monrovia caused 37 people who were suspected of being infected to flee. On Monday, Liberia National Police said 20 of them had already returned, but 17 remain unaccounted for.

There have been 2,127 cases reported during the Ebola epidemic since its outbreak in February, and the death toll has risen to 1,145.
