Moody's: 'new normal' means a more balanced economy

Thursday marks the final day of China’s Central Economic Work Conference. The top level meeting is expected to set the tone for the country’s macro economic policies next year.

And for the first time, the meeting will discuss and map out policy and reforms under what President Xi Jinping has termed the "new normal". Earlier CCTV spoke to Michael Taylor, managing director of Moody’s, to get his opinion on the new normal.
