Q1: Premier Li Keqiang has described the relationship between China and Kazakhstan as a "21st century" comprehensive strategic partnership. That’s an interesting term.

Q2: In an article you wrote that was published in the Renmin Daily Overseas Edition this morning, you said Premier Li’s tour this time paves way for the full implementation of the "One-Belt One-Road" initiative in 2015. Explain how.
