Online Collecting Activity Contract for 'Happiness to Everyone—Calligraphy Assembly for Chinese Youth around the World'

“Happiness to Everyone—Calligraphy Assembly for Chinese Youth around the World” was officially launched November 20. The project is co-hosted by CCTV, China Yinglian Institution, China Calligraphers Association and National Library of China and sponsored by CNTV according to the requirements of Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China.

Before submitting their work, participants should carefully read the following contract. Participants who accept the terms are qualified to submit their work.

1.Participants promise that all the submitted works are original and they will not cheat and copy others’ work, and there are no infringements upon  third party’s property rights or other legal rights.

2.Participants promise that the themes of their works are healthy, optimistic and do not go against social morals, laws and regulations.

3.Participants shall agree that their works to be promoted in various ways (including but not limited to microblogs, WeChat, blogs, websites, TV and other media).

4.This contract is an important agreement between the hosts and/or undertakers and the participants. Participants who submit their works through the official website (http://arts.cntv.cn) or through the WeChat Public Platform (Little Panda Learner) agree with all the terms and are subject to its constraints.

5.Participants are not allowed to send their work to the third parties without the consent of both parties.

6.The hosts and undertakers have the right to select the participants’ works and reject those that violate the laws and regulations. Each piece of work can only be submitted once.

7.People who browse the website shall not download others’ work  for any commercial purpose without consent. Otherwise, the authors of the works, the hosts or the undertakers will trace the legal responsibility of the violator in their own name.

8.When submitting their works, participants should fill in the sheet with the real information about themselves and their works (including but not limited to the participant’s name, address, ID numbers and contact information). Participants should inform the hosts or/and the undertakers of any change to the basic information, otherwise they will not be qualified to participate.

9.The committee of “Happiness to Everyone—Calligraphy Assembly for Chinese Youth around the World” has the right of final interpretation.
