Eurozone Finance Ministers agree 2nd Greek bailout

Greek Prime Minister Lucas Papademos has welcomed a second, massive bailout for his country. The deal, struck after a marathon overnight session in Brussels, will hand Greece 130 billion euros in additional loans to save it from what would have been a potentially disastrous default next month.
