Six gunmen riding motorbikes opened fire on three NATO trucks in Southwest Pakistan. The trucks were carrying fuel for NATO forces when the attack happened.

One of the trucks and a nearby filling station caught fire. There was no damage to the two other trucks and no casualties were reported. The US Transportation Command said routes through Pakistan bring in 40 percent of supplies for NATO forces in Afghanistan. Of the remainder, 40 percent comes through Afghanistan's neighbors in the north and 20 percent by air.

attacked NATO oil supply tankers in southern Pakistan, wounding three people and
destroying 10 vehicles, police have said.
