More than 2,000 people are still missing at sea after the overcrowded ship they were travelling on sank off the coast of Indonesia. 33 of the survivors have now been moved to a temporary shelter in eastern Java.

The ship was carrying more than 250 asylum seekers from the Middle East when it was struck by a wave. Fifteen other survivors were found by fishermen in Jember - about 100 miles east of the incident. They are now under Indonesian custody.

Search and rescue operations are ongoing and have now been extended to the southern coastline of East Java.
