274 enterprises go public on stock exchange

More than 270 enterprises have issued their initial public offering in China in the past twelve months, financing more than 40 million yuan.

Since Sanjin Group started its IPO in June 2009, over 250 companies have gone public on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and another 20 on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The Shenzhen Stock Exchange's small and medium-sized sector has expanded by nearly 40 percent to around 440 companies. And the Agricultural Bank of China's IPO will be another huge deal in the A share market.

The Shanghai Stock Exchange board and Shenzhen small and medium-sized sector raises nearly 40 percent on average on its first issuing day, and Shenzhen's Growth Enterprises Market raises more than 30 percent on its first issuing day.
