The Land and Resources Ministry says it will improve the management of the country's land supply.
The ministry will make infrastructure, emerging industries, and low-income housing projects a priority when supplying land. But supply for redundant construction, overcapacity facilities as well as high-pollution projects will be denied.
The ministry will also closely monitor loans issued against land lots, and the misusage of farming land. It will also take part in curbing the property market, penalizing developers hoarding land, supervising approved land work and improving the auction system.
