Agricultural Bank of China's initial public offering starts trading on the Shanghai Stock Exchange today, marking the last of China's big four banks to go public.

The stock opens at 2.74 yuan per share, which is higher than its issuing price. Agbank plans to raise nearly 20 billion U.S. dollars on the Shanghai and Hong Kong stock exchanges. And if the greenshoe option is exercised, the lender could raise more than 22 billion U.S. dollars, which will become the world's largest IPO.

The lender provides key services for the agricultural industry, and has more than 300 million individual customers. Agbank's stock will start trading in Hong Kong tomorrow.
