Studio discussion: What makes it possible for Chinalco and Rio Tinto to join hands again?

Q1. Hell Mr. Tsang. It was a year ago, Chinalco and Rio Tinto refused to talk after relations soured. But now they are experiencing what looks like a honeymoon. What made this change possible?

Q2. Whenever China expands its reach to overseas resources market, there'll be jitters and renewed concerns over China's demands for raw materials and energy. Shortly after Chinalco and Rio signed their deal, some analysts voiced concerns on Chinalco putting pressure on Rio Tinto to explore African mining resources. What are your thoughts?
