A delegation from Guangdong province has ended a one week visit to Taiwan. Guangdong governor Huang Huahua, who led the group, said the visit has helped to further cooperation between the mainland and Taiwan.
During the past week, the two sides signed 205 deals worth a total 7 billion US dollars. That includes a purchasing agreement for farm produce worth 140 million US dollars. Mainland representatives also promoted the upcoming Asian Games to be held in Guangzhou.
