Introduction to Jiahe Chen -- BizAsia’s financial commentator

Mr. Jiahe Chen is BizAsia’s financial commentator. He occasionally joins the program and provides in-depth analysis towards breaking news.

Jiahe currently works as an equity & quantitative strategy analyst at Cinda Securities, Beijing. He mainly focuses on equity investment strategy, as well as quantitative strategy and programming.

Jiahe started his career in research and investment since 2006, when he worked at PingAn Asset Management Company in Shanghai as a fixed-income investment assistant. He later joined Cinda Securities in 2008 as an industrial analyst, mainly served the M&A Department. In 2009 Jiahe transferred to Cinda’s research department and worked at his current post from then on.

Before his career, Jiahe obtained his MSc in Economic and Social History from The University of Oxford in 2006, and earlier obtained his BSc in International and Financial Economics from The University of Hull in 2005, where he graduated with a first grade.
