Tripartite agreement is a crucial employment agreement among graduates, schools and companies. Thus, the many graduates have to bring this agreement when they are seeking a employer. Now, students from Xi'an Jiao Tong university do not need to worry about this inconvenience.

The papered tripartite agreement has became history there. The university is using online employment information services to help the graduates and companies to sign their contracts. Graduates say they don't need to worry to lose the papered agreement any more.

Moreover, the students could take a look at the terms of the contracts online to make sure the terms are consistent with the promises the company offered before. If there is a deficiency with the contract, the student could refuse to sign it. The students should sign up the web first, and fill out the companies' name, after the verification of the university, the companies will continue to fill out the rest of the online registration, including salary level, bonus and welfare. If there is any dispute, both sides could turn the contract back and make corrections.

At present, the number of registered companies have reached two thousand.
