Shoe-reparing company chosen by PE

A few years ago, the target of PE and VC companies was usually high tech companies. But now, the scope has been expanded. Even a humble shoe-cleaning and repair businesses has attracted the attention of private equity.

Neng Jiang Shoe Repair is one company that secured the equity fund, worth as much as 90 million yuan. But it's not all smooth sailing. The company's investors and management are split over the development of the business.

The director started the company from scratch, so naturally wants to control the expansion of the company. But PE company Oriental Moore wants to get the shoe-repair business listed as soon as possible, expecting the company to grow at a much faster pace. And that's why the two sides are still in in-depth negotiations.
