Thai PM expects China-Thai high-speed rail completed within 4 years

Thailand is negotiating its high-speed rail links with China. The Thai Prime Minister expects the construction of the routes to be completed within four years if negotiations succeed.

He also says high speed trains, with an average velocity of 200 kilometers per hour, will better connect Thailand with its neighboring countries. The high speed rail system that will connect China and Thailand and several other Southeast Asian nations is expected to deliver tremendous changes to the transportation of agricultural and industrial cargos.
