Cross over: How will iPad trademark dispute affect Apple?

With the recent spat of trademark disputes involving Chinese companies, we put the focus on trademarks and IP rights tonight. The little-known Asian firm maintains it holds the iPad trademark in China and has sued Apple in various jurisdictions across the country, including in Guangdong, for trademark infringement. <Full story>

Q1. Excitement over the iPad 3, but it’s somewhat tainted here.... How will a ruling in favor of Proview affect Apple’s global sales? How might it affect Apple’s strategy in China?
