China’s central bank confirmed today it will inject 43 billion U.S. dollars into the International Monetary Fund. The money will be put into the fund’s crisis-fighting reserves. The announcement was originally made at the G20 summit Los Cabos. Full story >>

Q1. The 2-day summit came to a close yesterday, what are the major outcomes of the meeting?

Q2. With regards to the IMF firewall, China’s contribution of 43 billion US dollars to the IMF is very important to boost the fund’s crisis-fighting reserves. How did the G20 leaders react to China’s move?
