Play VideoChinese Ministry of Commerce spokesman Shen Danyang told reporters at a regular press conference, that the anti-dumping and subsidy investigation is still ongoing on imported polysilicon from the US, the EU and South Korea. Shen says Chinese law regulates that related investigation should be completed within a year since the case is officially filed in Mofcom. But Shen didn’t disclosed the exact date of the final ruling.
Shen Danyang, spokesman of China’s Ministry of Commerce, said:"So for this case, We will finish the investigation within the deadline that the law regulates. Now, we still have enough time for it. But I haven’t received any concrete information regarding when and what the final ruling will be."
