A group of spectacular Chinese performers are taking Kungfu to the world. They have just arrived in Africa for a series of shows. It's spreading Chinese culture across the globe and entertaining local residents at the same time.

The Chinese kungfu masters will perform in South Africa, Angola and Seychelles.

They have already done a few shows - and they have all been a sell-out.

Even after the show finishes, local children have been waiting, calling for an encore.

An audience member said, "I know about Chinese kungfu from movies. But the masters' performance is very different to that in the movies."

An African audience said, "This is my first time watching kungfu, it's amazing. They are powerful and very fast."

Chinese Kungfu isn't new to all African people. Previous trips to the continent have inspired locals to take up the art.

Karlos, a 27-year-old Angolan is one of them. He has been studying Kungfu for over ten years.

During this trip, the Chinese masters presented him a professional stick and invited him to perform with them before the show.

Karlos, Kungfu fan, said, "This is the first time I have used this stick, it feels good!"

The Chinese kungfu team's journey to Africa doesn't just boost interest in the Chinese muscle art, it also increases awareness and interest in Chinese culture.
