The live-ammunition phase of the SCO Peace Mission 2010 anti-terror drill has begun in Kazakhstan. 5,000 troops from five of the six SCO member states -- China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Tajikistan are involved. Full Story>>

For more on today's drill, we are joined on the line by Senior Colonel Zhao Xiaozhuo, a research fellow from the Academy of Military Sciences, of the PLA.

Q1: Today marks the first day of the live-ammunition phase of the drill. What impressed you most in today's exercise?

Q2: The peace mission will soon come to an end, how would you evaluate the entire mission? In what ways do you think it will improve China's effort against terrorism?
