Training suspended for national team

At a press conference held by the National Basketball Association Wednesday afternoon, vice Chairman Li Jinsheng made an official apology to the Brazilian side and all the basketball fans.

The decision to suspend training of all team members was also announced at the press conference. Li also said they will maintain close contact with the Asian and International basketball Associations to minimize the negative impact of the brawl.

Li said, We held an emergency meeting this morning to discuss and investigate the brawl, and we have made an official decision on the incident. We will suspend all trainings of the national team.

During the suspension, we will order all team members to examine their behavior. We will also conduct a series of classes on sports ethics. And we promise we will not cover up for those who have made mistakes.
