For more on the highway toll evasion case, we're joined on the line by Lou Qiuqin, lawyer and partner at Dacheng Law Offices.

Q1: The Henan Higher People's court has punished some staff for a careless investigation and plans to soon hold a new trial. How do you evaluate the original verdict and the action taken by the court?

Q2: Besides judicial concerns, what other issues have also been brought out into the spotlight. Military vehicles receive special privileges in China, and are often exempted from traffic tolls. This has triggered some dissatisfaction among the public. What's the cause of this resentment, and what can be done to change the situation?
