Among the slew of economic data released Thursday, the Consumer Price Index or CPI, is the indicator most Chinese citizens are concerned about. A main gauge of inflation, the 2010 CPI demonstrated much anticipated signs of easing. Full Story>>

Q1: Hello, Mr. Liu, first of all, China's 2010 GDP is up 10.3 percent, blowing past expectations. What's your view on the country's overall economic performance last year?

Q2: Let's now turn to the CPI data which is a major concern to Chinese consumers. The end of 2010 saw a continuous surge of CPI data, but it slowed down a little in December. How do you see it this year?
