An official apology and punitive measures don't mean the story is over. One of Carrefour's Kunming branch store in southwest China's Yunnan Province was found overcharging consumers on the same day it issued the apology.

Ms. Yang in Kunming City is the latest victim of the scandal. She went to a local Carrefour and found the actual prices far outnumbered their price tags. Full Story>>

For futher analysis on the price cheating at French supermarket chain, Carrefour, Mr. Teng Jimeng, from Beijing Foreign Studies University, joins us in studio. Good evening, Mr. Teng.

Q1. The way Carrefour cheated money wasn't wise. It's a serious problem because more than 10 Carrefour outlets in the country have been found making the same mistake. Why is that?

Q2. There must be a loophole in the price regulation system, what should be done to better protect customers?
