Nowaday, more and more people are willing to join the effort of finding lost children. Thanks to an Internet campaign, their job has been made that little bit easier.

The campaign to find lost children was started by Professor Yu Jianrong who encourages microbloggers to take pictures of child beggars on the streets, then, upload them on the Internet. It is just one way parents may have the chance to see their children and then rescue them.

So far, Yu's microblog has attracted nearly 90-thousand followers, including the country's most influential celebrities. Over 17 hundred images of children begging have been put on the site. Up to now, six abducted children have been identified and officials from the Ministry of Public Security say they fully support the campaign and encouraged more residents to provide clues, so that more children can be rescued.
