Ten cases of high radiation levels in China have been reported since March 16th, according to the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine.

The first report was issued after a cargo flight travelled from Japan to Dalian in Northern China's Liaoning Province. It was asked to return due to the high radioactive level.

Meanwhile, two Japanese passengers were found to have radioactive levels exceeding normal standards, while being checked for radiation. Another seven cases involved ships and cargo from Japan.

Most cases were found along the Eastern Provinces, such as Zhejiang and Jiangsu. The latest centers on a contaminated airplane from Tokyo.
