The fourth China-U.S. Strategic and Economic Dialogue is underway in Beijing. Chinese President, Hu Jintao, gave the opening address, noting that both countries need to strengthen cooperation based on mutual trust and respect. Full story >>

For more analysis on the issue, joining me in the studio is Mr. Ruan Zongze from the China Institute of International Studies. Thank you for joining us, Mr. Ruan.

Q1. It’s the fourth round of China-US dialogue. What impact do you expect these talks to have, and how might this meeting stand out from previous meetings?
