Q1: Apart from the affect of the global financial downturn, are there any other factors that are affecting the employment rate in China?

Q2: While we are worrying about those who don’t have a job, many employers are complaining about the difficulties of finding workers that actually meet their requirements. Why is there a gap between employers and the unemployed?
