How can a dress look poor and elegant? Vivienne Westwood made it real at Milan Fashion Week. Also setting the next trend are Kean Etro's nature inspired line. Frida Giannini with Gucci's yesteryear summer collection, and Giorgio Armani who seems to have sampled one of Lady Gaga's music videos.

Known for her edgy style, Vivienne Westwood didn't disappoint with her menswear collection at Milan Fashion Week. Westwood described her own outfit for the evening as looking "rather poor."

Westwood's runway show featured its share of barely dressed male models wearing exotic hats and wigs. One of the hats was a model of a ship. And one of the models rode a skateboard down the catwalk.

For designer Kean Etro, his spring/summer 2011 collection is all about nature.

Kean Etro, designer, said, "The tree of life is the symbolism, born out of Mesopotamia, through the date palm of paisley design. So paisley design is like a foliage that grows and you will see growing along the trousers and into the shirt. In a whisper, in a whisper because everything is (Italian) all these materials that flow with the wind. Everything is so light, so unconstructed but so super-constructed."
