Youth Week and Music Festival opens at Expo

The Youth Week and Music Festival of Expo 2010 has opened with a great performance presented by students from top universities from all around the world.

Over 30 college ensembles of various types are participating in the event. At the opening ceremony, students of Fudan University performed an epic dance showcasing traditional Chinese culture.

Meanwhile, a glee club from Yale dedicated their performance to the friendship among young people of different countries.

This is the first youth theme week in Expo history, and will last from July 5th to the 11th.
