The Opera Festival 2010 of the National Certre for the Performing Arts is about to conclude in Beijing with the closing performance of Chinese opera "Sun Snow."

Produced by the Opera ensemble of the PLA General Political Department, "Sun Snow" tells a moving story that happened on a trip when a transport team led by female soldiers went through ice and snow to carry medicine and materials to troops at the front.

The NCPA has staged 12 operas and 47 performances over the past 70 days. These plays are not only better designed and produced, but are also more diversified.
