109 exhibits from China's Yuan Dynasty of 800 years ago is heading overseas.

The Yuan Dynasty Exhibition will be held in the New York Metropolitan Museum of Art on September 20th.

The exhibits, including porcelain, silver, gold, and bronze ware, embodies the artistic achievements of the Yuan Dynasty.

The most important piece is the painting "Monk in Scarlet Robes" from Yuan Dynasty master Zhao Mengfu. Some of the items are displayed outside China for the first time.

The Yuan Dynasty Exhibition will be held in the New York Metropolitan Museum of Art on September 20th.

The exhibition also includes 14 items of the same period from the Taipei Palace Museum.

The exhibition runs for three months.
