Sunday is the National Pavilion Day of Micronesia at the World Expo. Artists from this island country show off their amazing dances.

The Art Troupe of the Federated States of Micronesia perform their traditional dances - the sailing dance and the stick dance. They reflect their simple and honest seaside folkway and brave characteristics.

As an island country located in the center of the Pacific Ocean, Micronesia is renowned as a hotspot of world tourism.

It has a small population of 108-thousand people, but has more than six-hundred islands. Sailing for the Micronesian people, is not only their livelihood but also the inspirational source for their creative arts.
