The country's cartoon artists also pay tribute to the 90 birthday of the CPC.

A themed-cartoon exhibition, focusing on the changes of everyday people's lives, goes on display in Beijing.

The exhibition gathers nearly 1,000 works from around the country. They focus on the issues that people care most, like economic development, building a better social security network and battling air pollution. They are contributed by both professional artists and cartoon fans.

It is the largest cartoon exhibition ever held in China.
