It's that time of year when the annual Country Music Association Awards reveals its winners for country music fans all over the world. But this year’s big winners don’t seem to surprise many people: Blake Sheldon, the star coach on US version of "The Voice", and his wife Miranda Lambert. Now let’s count how many trophies they have won, and see who showed up for the big event.

It was an emotional evening for couples. Blake Sheldon won a leading three awards, including his third straight male vocalist of the year award. His wife Miranda Lambert won female vocalist of the year, and the couple shared song of the year for their heart-rending collaboration "Over You."

Eric Church felt the love from the CMA’s voters for the first time. He won the prestigious album of the year for his breakthrough record "Chief," signaling his acceptance by the country music community. He was also chosen to kick off the ceremony with Jason Aldean and Luke Bryan.

Eric Church, CMA “Album of The Year” winner, said, "I spent a lot of my career wondering where I fit in - too country, too rock... I want to thank you guys for giving me somewhere to hang my hat tonight."

Hunter Hayes won new artist of the year, while Kenny Chesney and Tim McGraw won musical event of the year for "Party Like a Rock Star".

And finally, Shelton, McGraw, Faith Hill, Lady Antebellum and Keith Urban joined together to salute lifetime achievement winner Willie Nelson, ending with a group sing-along of his iconic "On the Road Again."
