Dialogue 10/10/15 Cancun prospects after Tianjin meeting

10-15-2010 20:37 BJT Special Report: China hosts UN climate talks in Tianjin |

Last week, a six-day United Nations climate change conference closed in northern China's port city of Tianjin. The result was rather predictable, with rich and poor countries still divided over responsibilities for emission targets.

Are China and the United States committed on the issue as they have claimed before? And has progress been made?
