To celebrate the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, plenty of TV shows and films have been especially produced for the occasion. Now it's the year 2011. China's film industry has made great progress in areas of film production and acting. Those films tell history through well-constructed stories, high-quality production, and good acting. Today we are joined here live by Philip Cunningham, Visiting Scholar of Cornell University and Teng Jimeng of Beijing Foreign Studies University to discuss China's revolutionary history and the Film portrayal of CPC.
